Each and every home that we build is checked and doubled checked using our 300+ item checklist. Everything from ensuring that your footings are square and according to plan, to verifying that the correct amount or re-rod is in the foundation, to ensuring that the smoke detectors are operational and tied to the security system long before you move in. No stone is left unturned and no issue is left untreated.
Our proprietary QI system was developed to handle every little detail in a home of any size and complexity. Since we build "True Custom" homes with limitless design and material options, there are quite often some very original features that we incorporate into our homes. To insure that our QI systems are kept up to date, we monitor our progress and update additional Quality Control Inspection items on a weekly basis to help us insure that our homeowners' obtain the highest quality home available.
